Please note that the product warranty does not cover the fair use wear and tear that home ware products generally undergo. We are also unable to warrant breakable items, such as Bathroom Accessories, against breakages that are outside of the fair use of a product.
Register your product warranty by filling in and submitting the Warranty Registration Form found here, within 30 days of purchase. The product warranty commences from the original date of purchase. You must also make a claim, and the claim must be received by us, within that same period in order to have your claim accepted.
If you have purchased via the Canningvale online store, you are automatically registered for your Product Warranty.
Externally branded products are exempt from the Canningvale Product warranty. These products are covered by their individual brand warranties, terms and conditions.

In order for Canningvale to assess the goods, post the items to the address below or email images of the faulty items to info@canningvale.com. Include your return address, nature of the claim/fault and description of the product. If you choose to email photographs, please ensure the Canningvale care label is visible. Canningvale will provide a Reply Paid address for you to return the product.
Canningvale will contact you to inform you of its decision regarding the claim. If a replacement product is to be provided, Canningvale will send this to you at its cost. If Canningvale decides to provide a refund, the refund will be processed according to your initial purchase method.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 5 Year Limited Warranty
Canningvale sofas are built to last and as always, we proudly stand by our Quality through our Limited Product Warranty (LPW).
LPW applies to Canningvale branded Sofas when purchased from the Canningvale Online Store.
What does the Limited Product Warranty cover?
This Limited Product Warranty covers defects in the event that they occur through the products’ intended use, in a clean environment and only when subjected to no more than reasonable wear and proper handling, for example:
A visible indentation or sag greater than 30mm in the foam material when no weight is applied to any parts of the Sofa.
Any physical flaw in the foam/stuffing material that causes it to split or crack, which has not been caused by usage error.
Please note that “normal wear” assumes that your Sofa is continuously supported by a proper foundation (such as an even floor) sufficient to support the Sofa and your distributed weight.
What does this Limited Warranty exclude?
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Physical misuse/abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains in the event that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage. Ie. Animal/pet use, standing on it, shoes, dirt floor, uneven floor etc
Use of the Sofa in a hotel, business or other commercial environment.
Damage to the structure and/or cover material due to defective a base or flooring that does not give even support.
How do I make a claim under this Limited Warranty?
To make a claim under your guarantee you must:
Notify us of the defect within 30 days.
Provide us with your full name and address and details of the defect (inclusive of photography from 3 different angles of the suspected fault) Provide us with your original proof of purchase receipt.

Canningvale Quad Core Memory Foam Mattresses are built last for many years and we proudly stand by the high quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to Canningvale mattresses purchased from Canningvale Online.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers the following defects where they occur to the mattress when you have been using the mattress only for its intended purpose in a clean home environment and have not subjected the mattress to anything other than “reasonable wear” and proper handling:
A visible indentation or sag greater than 3cm in the foam material when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress.
Any physical flaw in the foam material that causes it to split or crack which has not been caused by human error.
Please note that “normal wear” assumes that your mattress is continuously supported by a proper foundation sufficient to support the mattress and your distributed weight.
What does this Limited Warranty exclude?
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
