Tips for your application
● Make sure your CV is in PDF format, and is no more than 3 pages including a cover letter.
● Tailor your CV to the role, and ecommerce in general where applicable.
● Include what programs and tools you have experience with.
● Include your soft skills, think about how previous coworkers would describe you.
● If you are applying for a creative role, share a link to your portfolio.
Interviews are a chance for you to see our culture in action, and for you to demonstrate your suitability for the role.
Tips for your interview
● All first round interviews are done on Google Meet, ensure your camera and setup are ready before the meeting time.
● When relevant, we encourage you to share your screen during the interview, so if possible join the meeting on a computer rather than a phone.
● Demonstrate you have researched the role and Canningvale, and anything related to the role.
● Relax and enjoy the process, we are excited to meet with you and get to know you both personally and professionally.
● We will let you know in less than a week if you will proceed to the next round, however often we will let you know during the interview then confirm in writing.
